Kelco Pet Care is a company in the pet industry. Passionate about animals, it consistently strives to be a reference for consumers with its wide portfolio of products.
Kelco, a leading Brazilian pet company, sought to expand its market share among small and medium-sized retailers who operate with lean teams and demanding routines. Our challenge was to create a UI and UX design solution that streamlined the purchasing process to fit this fast-paced environment.
Based on an in-depth study of this audience's needs and limitations, we developed an intuitive, accessible interface for a B2B platform that provides a seamless, continuous shopping experience. The interface allows retailers to place orders independently at any time of day, with the flexibility needed to make more informed and thoughtful purchasing decisions.
In addition to being easy to use, the interface was strategically designed to reflect Kelco’s brand identity, highlighting products from its sub-brands as well as lesser-known items in the portfolio. This approach expands the range of products offered to customers, creating new sales opportunities for items that would typically have lower visibility.
